At Gelish NZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional nail supplies, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for unused and unopened products. Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used unless they are found to be faulty.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our Auckland warehouse.
Ship the Items
Send your parcel using a tracked courier service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 business days.
